An iterative craft pipeline

Egregore is a desktop tool for 3D modeling, sculpting, and animation. Ai assists when you want it. It is not a Blender clone, and it is not a one-click image-to-mesh toy.

Modeling, sculpting, animation

You work through a real pipeline: block out, sculpt, retopologize, texture, rig, animate, and present. Each stage is intentional. You can return to earlier work instead of throwing it away.

Pipeline

  1. Create — block out and model the base forms
  2. Sculpt — push form further (cloth lives here as a tool, not a separate stage)
  3. Retopologize — clean topology for Game or Animation destinations
  4. Texture — surface and materials
  5. Rig — deformation ready
  6. Animate — motion
  7. Render — present the work

Ai as assistance, not takeover

Core modeling stays local on your machine. Ai helps with iterative scene work and assistance only when you ask. You keep authorship of the result.

Export

glTF and OBJ always. FBX when the desktop build includes it.

The public demo will prove a clear Create-to-export loop first. Later stages ship when they are real, not when the marketing wants them.
